    All orders placed on gumrukmallarisatisi.com are shipped to our customers through our partnered courier services across Turkey. Once you place an order, your product is handed over to the courier company and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

    How to Receive Your Package

    Courier companies will not allow you to open the package before payment is made. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you notice that the package is visibly damaged or the product inside appears to be compromised, please do not accept the package. When the package is returned to us, we will inspect the product and resend the same item. If you discover any damage after accepting the package, please contact us immediately.

    If you encounter any issues with the courier company, please contact us so that we can assist you promptly.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    You can return or exchange any products purchased from our website within 15 days, unconditionally, as long as they are returned in their original packaging and protective wrapping. Products without their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange, so please be careful in this regard.

    For Product Exchanges:

    • Send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo.
    • Shipping code: 195534321 (Istanbul - Bahçelievler Konuk Branch).
    • Make sure to send it under the name and surname used for the order.
    • Include the stock number of the product you wish to exchange, or send it to us via WhatsApp (0850 885 1708).

    Note: If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost; otherwise, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

    For Product Returns:

    • Send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo.
    • Shipping code: 195534321 (Istanbul - Bahçelievler Konuk Branch).
    • Make sure to send it under the name and surname used for the order.
    • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. If you paid via cash on delivery or bank transfer, please include your name, surname, bank name, and 24-digit IBAN number in the package or send it to us via WhatsApp (0850 885 1708).

    Note: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost; otherwise, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

    Once the returned product reaches us, the refund will be processed to your specified bank account within 15 days.
